HOW ARE MY ORDERS SHIPPED TO ME? All orders are shipped discreetly. Your order will arrive in a standard brown corrugated box sent via UPS, USPS, Or FEDEX.
WHERE ARE ORDERS SHIPPED FROM? Our warehouse based in USA.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? We will ship out all orders within 2 business days after order receipt. This is based on our business hours (Central Time) and shipping is excluded Weekends. Please allow up to a week for delivery , unless Expedited shipping is paid and/or requested (options are available). Please allow up to 24 hours for Tracking details to update. Tracking information will be sent via email. Note orders may be processed on dates UPS, USPS, FEDEX are closed, however those dates are not counted as transit dates.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? Yes! We ship internationally, but there are certain countries that we are unable to ship to, due to customs and laws there. If your country is not listed as an option, we mostly likely do not ship there.
WHO COVERS DUTIES AND TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS? Customer covers any affiliated charges, duties, taxes, and/or fees.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES, APO AND FPO ADDRESSES? Yes, we are able to ship to any/all Addresses!
MY PACKAGE SAYS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT DO I DO?

Please allow 3 business days after expected delivery date in tracking information before contacting Consultant or Corporate Office.

After 3 days.. Contact Consultant, Call Home Office, Or Fill Contact Form.

Once Reported, corporate will file a claim with USPS, UPS, FEDEX and reship your package ASAP.
*Please contact us or your Consultant within 30 days of expected delivery date, otherwise the package will be considered DELIVERED IN FULL!
